UIN Requirement Discontinued<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exporters no longer need to submit a declaration of intent or obtain a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/advanceauthorisation.in\/\">Unique Identification Number (UIN)<\/a><\/strong> before using the factoring facility. DGFT will use the <strong>Importer Exporter Code (IEC)<\/strong> to identify exporters throughout the application, claim and disbursement process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. DGFT Trade Notice: Export Factoring Claim Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Factoring service providers, known as Factors, must register on the <strong>DGFT portal<\/strong> before uploading transaction data. Exporters can review the transactions linked to their IEC and submit eligible claims online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the claim is approved by the competent authority, the sanctioned support amount will be credited to the bank account linked to the exporter&#8217;s IEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Export Eligibility Date Clarified<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>export date<\/strong> determines eligibility, and the filing date of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dgftexim.com\/\">Export General Manifest (EGM)<\/a><\/strong> containing the relevant shipping bill serves as evidence of that date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exporters can claim support for eligible export factoring transactions relating to exports made on or after <strong>20 February 2026<\/strong>, once the portal becomes operational. Exporters must follow the claim filing timelines specified in the Trade Notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Export Factoring and Interest Subvention Can Be Availed Together<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible <strong>MSME exporters<\/strong> can access support under export factoring and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/factorystuffing.com\/\">Interest Subvention Scheme for Pre- and Post-Shipment Export Credit<\/a><\/strong> at the same time, subject to the applicable conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, exporters must not claim the same invoice or export receivable under both schemes.
