PSIC Must Be Issued on the Inspection Date<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>PSIC must now be generated and issued only on the actual date of inspection<\/strong>. The DGFT system will not allow its generation or issuance on a subsequent date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, if the inspection takes place on <strong>10 September 2026<\/strong>, the PSIC must also be issued on <strong>10 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Standard Inspection-Date Format<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The inspection date will be recorded in the standard <strong>DD\/MMM\/YYYY<\/strong> format, such as <strong>10\/SEP\/2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Digital Signature and Stamp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authorised PSIA users can upload the inspector\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dgftexim.com\/\"><strong>signature and official stamp<\/strong><\/a> on the DGFT portal. Increased Photo and Video Limits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DGFT has enhanced the permissible inspection evidence limits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photographs increased from <strong>5 to 10<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum size of <strong>5 MB per photograph<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mandatory video limit increased from <strong>10 MB to 50 MB<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepted video formats include <strong>MP4, AVI, MTS, MOV, FLV and WMV<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
