Fresh or Replacement Bank Guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new <strong>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/dgftexim.com\/\"><strong>Purpose\u201d field<\/strong><\/a><\/strong> has been added to the DGFT Portal. Exporters can now specify whether the Bank Guarantee is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A fresh submission, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A replacement of an existing Bank Guarantee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will help DGFT authorities correctly identify and link replacement BGs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Digital Notices and Communication<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DGFT Regional Authorities can now generate and digitally sign communications through the portal relating to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renewal or replacement of BG<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renewal notice to the exporter or bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encashment notice to the bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return of BG to the exporter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will reduce manual and paper-based communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
