The goods had arrived from <strong>Jebel Ali, UAE<\/strong>, but the import documents declared <strong>UAE as the country of origin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Investigation revealed:<\/strong><br>The dry dates were originally shipped from <strong>Karachi, Pakistan<\/strong>, to Jebel Ali. At Jebel Ali, the goods were transferred into different containers and shipped onward to India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This arrangement allegedly attempted to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dgftexim.com\/\"><strong>hide the actual Pakistan origin<\/strong><\/a><\/strong> of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"939\" height=\"470\" src=\"https:\/\/dgftexim.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image-19.png\" alt=\"DRI seizes 362+ MT of Pakistan-origin dry dates at CFS Ambad, Nashik, allegedly misdeclared as UAE origin.
